Maybe they could put the Marshall's shield (badge) on the obverse and make it round like the baseball coins. That might look kinda cool.

I know these guys and gals(?) are tuff enuff but this "motivational" poster just cracks me up. I mean, dang. Using fear tactics in the workplace? Or just a reality check? Either way, a google search reveals not all marshals are as buff as this dude.
