Questionable Position of S on this 1914S Lincoln

Seems different than all the certified coins...
Anyone familiar with proper placement and if so, what seems to be going on here?:

The one in the OP as a S under the 1 in 14. Lance's has the S between the 9 in 19 and the 4 in 14.
The bust lacks detail.
The B in liberty has a big bottom ball, the T is malformed.
The 4 is not the right style.
The mintmark is big.
It has something strange going on between the coat and rim.
You could compare the mintmark position with the known ones but everything else looks off so I don't think it matters.
The colors are weird!
There are vertical abrasions that make it look like it was scrubbed with a brillo pad.
It's blotchy.
The 4 is weird....
The s is wrong, appears large and mishapen...
I'm sorry to say that This coin raises lots of red flags with my very tired eyes.....

a plastic disc masquerading as a usa coin.
thanks for the nice image too
judging by the image file name and location, an ebay turd with someone that knows how to take good images. hmmm
that didn't take long at all. yay
.
what is it they say about smoke and fire?
.
Edited to add – It's hard to believe the seller can't spot a bad coin and should be embarrassed to list this kind of garbage.

Agreed.

<< <i>The 1909 VDB in PCGS plastic they have here.....I know it's 'washed out', but am I imagining there is something wrong with the slab and/or cert, or am I not? >>
it is probably ok and looks funny cuz of their imaging technique or lack thereof. nah, aside from the counterfeit, most of their images were at least large enough to make my search of all their listings very quick work.
funny though, that is one of the few listings i stopped to investigate. i'm leaning towards it being ok but am open to reasonable counter discussion.

Here's a counterfeit short weight...
This b&m is near my parents house (within an hour) and I stopped in last Christmas to have a look. They have a lot of inventory and don't really deal in certified coins. It was nice store, I bought some ase's as they really didn't have any Lincoln's that I needed. On the plus side, the store is only a few blocks from the casinos.

the position for this and the other one i linked are irrelevant. the mm styles are 100% wrong, plus many of the other details but for these 2 coins, the mm is the only thing needed. it is a common fake mm style and easily recognizable once you see a few of them.
put an authentic coin mm for those dates beside the fakies and the difference becomes as stark as night and day. (thankfully)
.
<< <i>So I guess the million dollar question is..... are they not paying attention to their inventory............or knowingly selling Chinese fakes as the real deal? >>
i didn't contact them so i cannot offer any useful input.
i think one has been removed and one voluntarily ended?
