What's up with PCGS Customer Service Wait Times?

BryceMBryceM Posts: 11,937 ✭✭✭✭✭
Is this a new development? I saw someone else complain in a thread about a long wait time and figured it to be an isolated incident. Getting excellent, prompt service hasn't been an issue for me before.

Today I sat on the phone for 15 minutes....... lots of music. No person. Hung up.

Try not to call between 11am and 1:30pm pacific time as that is when the staff start taking lunch breaks. Also some are in Las Vegas this week for the Members' show.

All companies should be prepared for these types of situations; big shows, lunch periods, etc... There is no excuse for shoddy service when there are other alternatives available who would gladly accept new customers.

Solution: hire temps for these high traffic times. I am really tired of hearing that most of the staff is on the road at such and such show.

They got my last 3 orders out at lightning speed. Great job to PCGS! Leave the man on hold and keep churning them out!
