But, to answer one question, yes, Jefferson was known to be an accomplished violinist.

Below the title of the auction are the categories where it was listed.

One was "Coins:Coins: US:Nickels:Jefferson (1938-Now) "
The other was "Music:Musical Instruments

ther Instruments"- which is a strange category to list a Proof Jefferson in. Unless you can get sound out of a nickel (Hmmm.
