Overall in these pics the coin looks MS but seems to have some highpoint friction on the lower jaw, and cheekbone; due to that it could go anywhere from au58 to MS63.
I have a 1909-S Indian MS-64, R&B that has similar color.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
Thanks for all the guesses everyone. In fact it is graded MS63RD by PCGS and is in an OGH. It is a bit redder than my pictures came out. I had considered trying to get it stickered since there are very few hits on this thing (I have seen 63s that are pretty beat up). However, you are right that the cheek looks a tad rubbed. Probably best just to leave this thing as is I suppose.
