The plant in So Cal has been shut down by the courts, after much legal wrangling between the owner and the neighbors. Apparently, the strong small from the factory is somewhat of a nuisance to the neighbors. >>

Haven't the plant owners heard of "filters"? I mean jeez! If electrical companies can filter all the particulate out of coal burns why can some hot sauce maker filter out certain smells??
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    Okey Dokey.

    Let me get this straight.

Rick loses a coin and whomever found it, appropriated it, stole it, pocketed it,

.................... decided to spend it at the concession stand??

Not sure that anything can filter a Habenero. I think the sriracha uses Jalapenos though. (apologies to Bochiman). image

I love hot sauce personally but have to ask. What's so great about Sriracha sauce? I think it's OK but doesn't exactly rock my world.

Steaming Habeneros (after de-veining/seeding) for 20 minutes takes about 90% of the fire out but increases it's citrusy piquancy.
Oh yeah...give it back to Rick without hesitation!
