Using Safari, I have not been able to get on at all part of the day, and now moving from page to page takes a few minutes. Anyone else? Maybe another browser is working better?
I have been trying to access the site intermittently during the evening using Safari. It has taken at least a minute or two to navigate between forums and individual threads. Reminds me of the old dial-up days. Perhaps it will be better tomorrow.
"to you, a hero is some kind of weird sandwich..."
Extremely slow for me. Don't count on it being fixed until Monday.

Heh, speaking of modems, my stepmother used to work for a company that made "acoustic couplers" back in the mid-1970s. You put your old clunky handset into the device instead of plugging it into a phone jack directly (see below). The company had a working 300 baud product but could never seem to work the bugs out of the 1200 baud prototype!
Good to hear it's not just me. And here I was blaming the new version of AOL. After the CD showed up in the mail yesterday I was all excited but then this.

This just in: "The number of sandwiches eaten by forum members has now spiked to an average of 8 per member per day due to forum wait times."

Those were the days......remember how the handshake audible would change with each newly issued higher baud modem?

I switched back here and it is still slow here.
