Just got this today, My sons and I prefer our collections to be circulated so they can be touched and enjoyed out of a slab. All comments and opinions welcome.

    I don't recall seeing the S mint mark hugging the C in Cents so closely on a genuine example image

    I looked at Coinfacts and the VG8 mint mark is as tight against the C as yours.

    LOL Thats what I just did. Thank you. Would this one be VG or could it go fine? I think it looks like the f12 on coin facts.

    Well when I was a kid this was considered a Good one to fill a hole imageimage

    Gosh if I actually had to grade it I go conservatively with G-6, but to be honest I've never bought a Buff under AU55 before.

    the reference pic is a VG8 and the horn on mine looks a bit better IMO. We (My boys and I ) but more circulated coins unless it is for actual investment which we put in a SDB for each of them as soon as it is in hand.

    The 1st coin is not right the "S" cuts in to the "C" the pic of the 2nd coin looks good and look at the serif's. image
