Should this coin be in a genuine holder or not

I found this coin recently in a normally graded NGC holder. I was surprise cause of the pretty prominent rim ding at 12 o'clock.
Do you think it would be big enough to keep it from getting graded or am I being too hard on this coin for the grade?

At least you can see the mark in that type of holder and decide what its worth to you. Im afraid we would never know its there in a non-prong holder. Of course a prong can hide the mark too, just ask Lance.

Those two rim hits at 11 and 12 would keep it out of a pcgs holder, IMO.

If I understand correctly..PCGS will grade a con with a rim bump as long as it doesn't interfere with the denticles. I say they will not grade this coin problem free.
