Whoa! True Modern Conditional Rarity...Russ and other Kennedy guys, make sure you are sitting!

Just recently came into this one, just graded at the Long Beach show.

image

The only think that I feel keeps this from a 68dcam is two small pinsize indentions (not sure if they are laminations or something got into the die or if they are after mint) on the bottom part of neck. Otherwise, zero other distractions, no hairlines or anything.

Truly a beauty.

I think you meant condition rarity.

Conditional rarity is a very different phrase and never heard of it.

    Morris,

Is it for sale? If so, I know somebody who's looking for one, and has the wherewithal to buy it. PM me if it is.

I can see them too on the original post....it does look like the image has been altered to cover up problem areas in the fields.

OR, to remove reflections/lighting problems CM

    Good eye, Crito.

Here's the obverse, for those who missed it:

If you're gonna do it, do it right. Check this out, it'll withstand the gamma test:

Edit: That '78 is raw. I wish I could submit the picture for grading. image

Yummy, yummy, yummy, I'll be seeing that '65 in my mind all night - like the last song you here on the radio. What a great coin for a year when they weren't trying to make any proofs!
