1921 Peace Dollar, worth grading?

Is this worth sending in to be graded? I was looking at Heritage and saw a satin proof that was very similar, to bad it is not one

Any other cooments would be appreciated also thanks in advance.

Thats why I ask I still like the coin it is the only 1921 Peace dollar I have. Also no matter which link I am choosing on photo bucket it goes to the left in the forum what am I doing wrong because it goes to the left in PM?

If you like it, that's what really counts.
Personally, I dont think there's anything to be gained by having it graded.... except some income for our hosts.
Just my opinion since you asked, and I'm a Peace enthusiast.

I don't know why, but 1921 high relief Peace dollars are the best for fumbling around with your fingers. The heft and look beg this coin not to be encapsulated.

the set up i use is a celestron digital microscope and it has LED lights which affect the color in the hand this is very nicely toned and it does beg to be handled that is one of my concerns as i have 4 boys and they like it also!!!

If you are seeking protection, then have it slabbed.... otherwise, likely not worth the cost. You could just get an airtite and seal it. Cheers, RickO

No. Save your money. You'd be better off buying a problem-free one already graded.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "no matter which link I am choosing on photo bucket it goes to the left" but if you click on the blue link (to the right on Photobucket) UPDATE LINK OPTIONS, and uncheck LINK BACK TO ALBUMS you won't get all that extraneous html code. This old forum software doesn't support the "link back" feature Photobucket turns on by default.

Nah, use the money you would have spent on grading to buy problem-free '21 Peace. This one has several problems that would keep it from grading numerically.

no upside or good reason to slab in this case. Nice coin for what it is though , great album or type set coin.
