I have to wonder if you did not get ripped. I don't care for the coin at all.
The obverse is horrible. The cheek is not only scuffy but appears to have major marks. MS60 - worth no more than 60 money.
Were it offered me at a show, even at MS 60 money I would probably pass. The coin certainly does not have the eye appeal of something I would pay 63 money for.
Leave it alone in its GSA case. What would even be the point of sending it in for grading? I hope you did not pay 63 money for it. I see a lot of people at shows who don't really know how to grade overpaying for these, getting ripped.
It should get MS-63, but sometimes Carson City dollars like this get a break and end up in MS-64 holders. I don't agree with it, but it happens.

Leave it in the GSA holder and don't bother getting it certified.
<< <i>I'd say you have a reasonable shot at 64. >>
I agree with all but 'reasonable' It MIGHT have a shot 64, but I say solid 63.
