Looks like this coin missed grading MS67 by a hair!

I was so smitten by the holder, forgot to look at the coin.....image

    Not for me. The scratch is all that I would look at. You can't be serious saying that you didn't notice that before buying.......

    It may just be a break in the toning, but it is very distracting. There was a time when a coin like this was called "MS60."

    Yep, break in toning, at least that's what it looks like from the images.

    Looks like a hair got on it in the case/album is was stored in that caused all of the other toning.

    I think the toning is too dark for it to be in a 67 holder.

    Break in toning doesn't bother me.

    This is a lot like the fingerprint on a coin. I'm usually OK with that also.
