10C in change today

Hi image

Nice little 1946-D silver sliver spotted by color. Anyone else have a nice tiny find lately? I love finding coins in circulation. Earliest for me was 1877 25C.

Best wishes,
Eric

Interesting, I found a 1946-S 10c dime in New York State at a Burger King when I bought a coffee for their 25c special several months ago.

First silver dime in about five years.

Maybe someone cashed in a mixed mint mark roll of 1946 roosies?

Haven't found silver in change, but the other day at this restaurant, I got a 1936 Buffalo nickel in the change back. Not sure how often or rare that happens.

Always a thrill. I just wonder what people think when they see me (a grown man) get excited about a find.

The Old Lady (she loves the expression) brought home a 1924D penny
in fine a couple of weeks ago from her till, Her best find EVER by far,
I told her to keep an eye out for the rest of the set (Like I really have
to tell her)image, allthough nothing note worthy has come to her, she still
    looks.

Its interesting to note that she can ID silver if its droped on a desk or
    counter from 100 feetimage
