  Only 88 pieces in NGC MS70. Lowest pop of ase in ms70 by far but still seems real strong even with the bid history.

  I don't know abut $3, but I see carbon spots and the hint of milk spotting starting as well

  PCGS pop report shows none in 70, but it seems I saw one sell recently for similar money

  PCGS has not graded any 1999 as MS-70 yet. 1999/2000 are notorious for spotting. We had one that sold last year for almost $25,000 and today it would likely sell for more. They are the key to the series for the NGC set (I think the pop went up by c8 coins in the past couple of months).
