How rare is a 1795 Flowing Hair half, O-129?

A local auction has one upcoming, NGC-45.

<< <i>I agree with DIMEMAN, sure looks like STATES to me.
I got that impression myself and assumed there must be an underlying D. searching the variety, that's what it is.

<< <i>Any other thoughts on what it might take to win this O-129? >>
I'd price it somewhere around the $9-10K range depending on how it looks in-hand (500x300px images don't really tell the whole story very well). It strikes me as strange that they would have this coin at this auction... it's in the middle of nowhere and not very well publicized. It's a two-hour drive, one way for me, and I'm somewhat considering it.
