It is the 16, 2 feather, no initial in vg-fine.
I am waiting on this 1943 p jeff as it looks like a doubled eye. it should be here monday.
I also cherried a 1942-D/Horizontal D in about ms60. Ill scan some pics tomorrow and post. I paid $35.
