I have several in my collection which are baggy, raw and very similar to this one.
The history of my coins leaves no doubt they are NT and i would extend this luxury to he coin featured here.
Quite a premium for toning on this one seeing it's only a 62....

I don't think grade is that important if the toning is nice; esp. common Morgans out to about ms65. It's simply dumb luck which particular coin/coins in a bag got toned and on which side.
