There are few issues with much value in fullsteps at MS63 and 64 ..
just saying to be careful not getting lost in the woods looking at small trees.
The second looks damaged in the hair above the ear.
I do not see any that look 65.

so when tons of dealers across the country have have BU, FBL, FB, FS on their coins, some of them are mistaken?

remember, starting in 1990 PCGS requires six full steps for the designation, prior to that it is only five. with NGC it works a little different-----prior to the early 2000's when they began denoting "5FS" they required six full steps on all coins for the designation.
