In honor of your sweetheart and the upcoming Valentine's Day, post any sweet coin.
I don't care where it came from. Go ahead, because you love them.

Anybody has a clue on this one, lemme know. Somebody suggested it might be a gaming counter, which I hadn't considered. If I ever see one with a club or a spade or diamond playing card symbol on it, that will clinch it and solve the mystery.

I thought it might be a memorial medal from Victoria's death in 1901, but upon further consideration, the gaming counter theory makes sense.

The older, veiled head "widow's portrait" should date it to circa 1890-1901-ish.
