Looks like a recent submission, judging by the cert number. My presumption was that it was probably an upgrade, or attempted upgrade, because I can't imagine it having been raw for so long.
I have a feeling it'll sell quick thanks to my post, crushing my hopes and dreams.

Great detail, though I'm not as much a fan of the surfaces as with other 1796's I've seen. On a coin like this, and for the money, fortunately there are a fair number of 1796 quarters out there. Not that this is "bad" by any stretch.
