Suspect stolen auction photo (1870-cc half)

This is a potential $25k coin listed in the wrong category by a person with shaky feedback. Something tells me the photo came from elsewhere, and the person does not own the item pictured. Can someone confirm, or am I being unfair to the seller?

the odds the seller possesses this item is less than 5%
the account that won the item has 0 feedback
i know this seems counter-intuitive but the images being so nice actually are not in the seller's favor on this one
a very easy fix. the seller provides new images showing he has possession or knows the person whom does and he has authority to sell the item
.
Same coin for sure. Looks to be the same images too.
Good catch

Buyer is a competator seller who bought the coins, and switched them for profit.
Shame on the seller but double shame on all the people bidding
