  Looks like a large date, small letters, 4 over 4, O.106. Maybe VF25-30 details. Appears improperly cleaned.

  I don't see any evidence of harsh cleaning or scrubbing.....
  
  I would agree that these photos make the coin look lifeless as far as color.
  
  It looks like a O-108 to me, but I have to admit that I am no good at attributing from photos.

  O.108 is a large letters. OP's is a small.

  Doesn't look fake to me, but I certainly would not buy it. No reason to grade it, just pass on it.

  Not a good look for a CBH at all. I too would pass n this one.
