Yes or No to the FBL designation (for the time being, let's not debate the ms66).

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
The coin I chose to 'pick on' in my opening post is in my opinion neither a 66 or a FBL.

I vote no

Hmmmm....I think he went a little further than me.
First of all, I haven't even mentioned who graded it.
Secondly, all posters who start a post questioning a grade of their coin and their submission results should be banned?
This place would only have about 5 viewers left.

<< <i>I'm betting the coin is in a holder that bears a coin/series number. >>
No it's not.
But I understand your comment because I have always said that this type of holder (that period of time) seemed to produce a great many overgraded coins.
A few posters here have flamed me for saying this but this is what I see.

I'd vote no on FBL. No Franklin expert here, but don't the standards get slightly tighter as the price and grade goes up?
If this were a 1962 or 1963 for instance, I'd say no way.
