2 Days left: Anyone ordering 2011 ATP P low mintage candidates????

With a cutoff of Monday, December 31 at 12 noon (ET) the US mint
will stop selling 2011 ATB Collecotr versions.

To date, 3 of these represent to lowest mintage's of any ATB issues, BUT
ALL of the 2012 issues are lower and still being sold.

Any room here to move up in the future or is this whole issue trending downward?

I don't see any upside other than whatever is generated by increases in the bullion price.

The 1996-D uncirculated Olympic silver dollars all have lower mintages and a broader collector base, yet are selling at slightly lower prices than the 2011 ATB five-ouncers.

I started tracking the ATBs fairly closely about a year ago, and based on a comparison to the 2012 issues, the 2011 issues had each sold about 30% more than the corresponding 2012 issues at this stage in the game.

I don't think we've hit bottom on these yet.

Agree. There is cheaper bullion available.

Other than bullion, I see no future upside to these issues....Cheers, RickO

Ordered 2 Chickasaw's. already had an Olympic. These mintages are lower than the 2010's so maybe there will be some upside interest. We'll see in the next few months.
