It was a good submission day! UPDATED WITH PICS!!!

I've never shared one of my orders before, there's a first time for everything I guess.

A decent day for me. Mostly what I expected, but it's nice to not have any negative surprises!

Nice. Did you crack that 36 dime out of an old ANACS holder? It looks familiar.

I see you answered your own question, but no, I bought it raw.

Please don't take this as rude, why would you pay for grading on a fairly common coin that's only worth $75? Am I missing something?

Check the prices on the bust material, they're all worth a little more than just $75 image

The last item is an 1872 seated quarter in F15, that would be the one I was questioning.

I thought the 1872 might go to a vf20. Still it isn't a high dollar coin, but it's worth more than I've got in it at this point.

The busts are beautiful and congrats on no genuine designations, I was just wondering if there was some rare variety I didn't know about on the seated lib.

12voltman, I know this is killing you so I will tell you what the reasons are for Billet7 buying the 1872. That is if Billet7 does not mind, at least from what I can tell these are the reasons. First of all like he already mentioned he got a good price on the 1872 so he didn't mind paying the fees to holder it. Second he has a set of Seated Quarters and the 1872 is one that he still needs for his set. Third he was already sending a handful of coins and it's not hard to add one more coin when your already paying the shipping back and forth.

    Thanks y'all.

Btw, the 1844 is valued less in the pcgs priceguide than the 1872. Both tend to sell for more than priceguide prices, and the 1844 has some awesome cuds on the reverse. Just fyi. Most of what baseballabs said is true. I will certify just about any coin if it fits my set and I can still resale it for more than i have invested.

On most slightly better date seated the coins bring premiums to raw in PCGS holders. And being problem free only enhances that. The expense to slab the 1872 might be
recouped due to strong demand for PCGS slabbed seated coins. I've seen cases where $100 raw coins bring $150-$175 slabbed. REG set fever strikes again.

Nice crusty group of coins there!

Awesome group of coins. Like I have said before, I would buy a coin from you sight unseen. You have a good eye on the bust and seated stuff.
