Not really looking for much these days but if I were, it might be a toner.

<< <i>Very nice! Forgivable rim hit on the reverse at K8-ish. This is approaching "lofty grade" status for an 1822. Mine's a lowly AG3. >>
Don't feel bad, my other 1822 is a PCGS AG3 CAC as well!

what do you guys think it is
vg10? long-shot 12?
.
I'd be thrilled to have that in my collection.
Well done!

it looks way better than most VG or choice VF I have seen lately. Looks like it would easily get a FINE or better from a TPG
The median grade for the 1822 dime, in my experience is a Good-4 obverse with an AG-3 reverse.
This coin is way, way nicer than most 1822 dimes!

I really find that I need to examine coins in actuality and I am reluctant to comment on a coin after viewing images. There are many variables that affect how a coin appears in images. I do, though, very much like 1822 dimes.
