    Yep. That's what I did. Too bad I'm not a big Morgan guy, hah. For the record, I did give this coin a little acetone bath (it was covered in dirt) but I didn't do anything else. It looked really pale after I got the dirt off.

    Thanks! Nah, you didn't miss it- I didn't really mentioned that I dug it up. I was more curious what grade people would give it. If it's cleaned, does it mean that it has no grade at all beside "cleaned"?

    The cleaning looks harsh, but the coin has managed to re-develop a pleasing patina. Give it another 100 years and maybe a TPG will call the surfaces "market acceptable"... image
