Opinions on this toned proof Franklin, AT or NT? ... [UPDATED WITH RESULTS FROM PCGS]

Bought this raw Proof Franklin today.
What do you think ... AT or NT ... and why?
Is this worth rolling the dice with PCGS, or don't even bother?
These are all photos I snapped with my iPhone ... completely raw and un-enhanced photos.
Sorry the images are a bit blurry (all hand held).

It looks at least somewhat like 2nd cycle to 3rd cycle coloration ... and I think i am seeing the right colors next to each other on the coin (or am I seeing things).

Pretty colors on the coin and it would be a nice coin to have in a raw 1961 proof set.
I remember finding a 1951 proof set years ago in an old style cardboard holder with the plastic slides (like Whitman or Dansco, but a thin dark cardboard holder that contained five holes for a proof set only). The half dollar is a Cameo but when I bought the set the half had two sided neon pink and yellow toning on it. I thought long and hard about whether to dip the half dollar or not and finally did since I wanted an 1951 Cameo half dollar that was black and white.
It's worth rolling the dice on as long as you send it in the cheapest submission category, but don't expect to get lucky. OTOH if PCGS graces it, you've made multiples on the coin.

Congratulations, that should cover your grading fee.

And as for the "oil slick" toning look: Toning on coins is a result of "thin film interference" (do a search here on thin film interference - lot's of good stuff), which is the same physics, optics, physiological phenomenon that explains the colors in in an "oil slick" as well as what is seen on the metal surface of coins.
Anyway, I have no opinion as to AT or NT, but PCGS obviously believes it's Market Acceptable. And I love the TruVue images.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
I did have Robec shoot this coin raw and out of the slab just before it was sent into PCGS. (I added the grade and cert number to Robecs photo this morning).
Robecs images are a lot less pink/red than the TrueView. I always find it interesting to see how different photographic setups affect the final product. Of course with toners they can change their "look", sometimes drastically, as you adjust lighting angles. And of course lighting type has an impact. In any case, this provides another photographic "view" of this coin.
Just a final note, that, as with most toners, the toning does tend to soften and disappear from some viewing and lighting angles. So what you see below is a max color angle.
