Need help with the grade of these Morgans

Where is the "Rub" on these two coins?
What should the grades be?
Please explain what is coin "Rub". I thought I knew, but I must not fully understand.

I have had AU58's grade from 55 (weak 58's to start with) to 63 (strong 58's). I have never pulled a 64 out of a 58, yet, but know it has been done. Mostly I have hit 62's on the ones I thought were truely "one up" coins.
It goes the other way too on a lot of coins. I have seen a fair share of 62's and even 63's that are probably 58's on another day.
Well the 78-CC is now MS61PL

LOL ... that's funny. You resubmitted these, and you got exactly what you wanted ... AU58+'s !!!
