The selling practices policy requires seller to provide complete and detailed information about the product they’re selling. Buyers looking for the type of items you are selling have very high expectations and if you aren’t describing the items well, it can lead to a bad buying experience and possible negative selling feedback.
You're required to:
Describe only the item you're selling in the listing and the terms of the sale.
Provide complete and accurate details.
Specify the condition of the item.
Provide your own photos of each item and a detailed description.
Verify that the spelling of all brand names is correct.
Describe any defects or flaws—this helps avoid problems or buyer dissatisfaction.
When selling a used, refurbished, or flawed item, we recommend including pictures of the actual item for sale instead of a stock photo.
Relisted them.. here's a LINK?

seems a bit strict. the only thing i'd change is the wording.
ROLL (25) 2008 S Gem Proof John Quincy Adams Presidential Dollar US Coin
Roll of (25) Coins etc etc - this may not matter, but it might.
it is difficult to know exactly what it is they want to see changed. i bet it has a lot to do with 0 feedback. once you get a bit of history, you'll see these things probably won't happen as much. take it from me, someone that reports a lot of listings, ones that break policy severely, images that look stock like yours do simply send off red flags for new accounts. i didn't report your items as there isn't enough there to report imo. don't over-think it. just give it some time.
we also don't know the inner workings of your information within the ebay/paypal system and if you have other accounts. i don't care and am not asking, just providing some other factors that they may have considered. I will say the more connected and more information you provide, the better off you will be. don't be surprised if your funds are held until after feedback is left and/or up to 30 days after sales date(s).
hope it helps and good fortune to you

Frustrating, to say the least. The pictures are mine, not "borrowed" and I'm not sure what more they want for description. I guess round and shiny?
I didn't know how to change the return policy, so the first group had "no returns", never how I do business. So that's fixed, and I put the single coin picture as the thumbnail, so maybe things will work out now??? Can't prove or improve feedback, until you get some. The lady I talked with sounded like the commercial with the russian guy... bad english and NO HELP.

There is where the confusion lies.

<< <i>I have a bunch of variety coins to list... but I don't dare, until I learn how to do it, their way. >>

I have no idea what eBay's problem was with your listing, but I've never accused them of being the brightest bulbs on the tree.

It's not written anywhere, but I've talked to a few people in the know that say you need a feedback of 10 before they cut you any slack.
Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.
Go into "revise listing" and complete the applicable drop down blocks in the Item Specifics area and remove those that don't apply. I'm thinking that by not including any of them that ebay thinks you are not giving enough info. It's possible that your method of creating a listing doesn't give you the Item Specifics option, but it is always available to you in via "revise listing."
Also, you pics could easily be mistaken for stock photos. You might try adding your ebay name (logo) to them when you edit them and before you upload them to ebay.
No Way Out: Stimulus and Money Printing Are the Only Path Left
Those bullet points can go into the Item Specifics. I don't know if that is policy or not.
The only things I can think of are:
the picture of the single coin vs. it's 25
the use of the word "roll" when these do not come in rolls and no roll is shown (it's a tube of 25, I know)
I would take out the picture of the single coin.
I would change Roll to Tube and explain that these do not come in a roll, but it is for 25 coins which is equivalent to 1 roll of small dollars and perhaps they will let you live with Roll in the title. Perhaps you can go a bit further and say "Proof Roll of 25 Coins" in the title and drop the Gem since it is essentially fluff. You can describe them however you wish as high end proofs in the description without the over used GEM, plus proofs are thought to be Gem from the start anyway.
And mention that the picture is not a stock photo and that it is what will be received.
learn or use a little HTML basics to make it more readable.
you either have competition hassling you over technicalities, or someone who was "roll searching" for MS coins who saw yours and flagged it for a technicality... although it's odd the other one did not get hit, too. And it is odd a roll of MS quarters was taken down, too..... weird....
PS whatever you did "wrong" it was really minor. I've seen confusing auctions go through and never get taken down despite being deemed misleading to the reasonable forumites here.
Yeah... looking at the cents, quarters, and half dollars, it's gotta be the pictures plus the use of the word roll... plus your newness. Otherwise I can't explain it at all. Although, nuking them was unnecessary in the first place.
perhaps you can find a way to photo all 50 / 40 / 20 in one shot without the pile? (as if it should make a difference)
In description change word "roll" to "tube"
No Way Out: Stimulus and Money Printing Are the Only Path Left
<< <i>Problem might be that proofs are not issued by the mint in rolls and the mint does issue rolls of MS dollars.
I fully agree with derryb assessment .... item specifics for coins is missing..............avoid the terminology of rolls (US Mint did not issue them in rolls) ... personally I would leave out the words "brilliant or "gem" in the title, but have it in the description part. First picture should be of all the coins or a tube with all the coins in it.
