  Even with the great contrast it looks like it would miss PL to me. Parts of the mirror are lacking in some areas of the coins.

  The CC may be PL, if not, sure does have some serious frost and contrast. I like it very much.
  In my opinion coins with no questions asked contrast between device and field should be
  labeled something such as Frosty? Ultra Frosty? I have DMPL coins that have no contrast, not that
  this is a requirement, just sayin. The 86 appears to be just a well struck piece.
  Both are nice. I would have no issue owning them.
