It's perfectly ok if you follow eBay's guide line for "test auctions." This auction does not meet ALL the criteria. Reported
"The listing doesn't follow Test Auction category guidelines. It has an item for sale, and it isn't in the Everything Else > Test Auctions category or doesn't include "test" in the title and description."

I think a seller can cancel a bid ... or has Ebay removed that prerogative too ? I know once upon a time it could be done so if anyone should bid on it i think the bid will be removed and that bidder blocked,i'm assuming the seller has to pay the fees to get the feedback.

unless they own the other account(s) and/or know whom owns them. then they can just request cancel transaction.
but IF accounts like these are set up for future fraud then paying a few bucks in fees is simply (unfortunately) an investment .

Looking at previous feedback i'd say you are right.
shoo wee. i just put a little effort in and there are accounts going back 10 years. and from what i can tell involved dozens of accounts.
it would be best to use a chart or graph of some type for anyone interested. i am not.
guess i'll reiterate, how deep does it go....

Even more interesting is the title clearly states DO NOT BID, and two idiots placed a bid.
