EBay MC999 Message Info?

I just received the following message on an item I sold to this buyer.
I was paid, it shipped, and it was delivered.
Do I have to worry about anything happening beyond this or am I safe
MC999 Important information about your item
Hello
Unfortunately, we had to cancel bids and purchases for the following buyer because they're no longer registered on eBay:
In these types of situations, we'll credit the final value fee for removed listings won by this buyer, and also the insertion fee if it was a single-quantity listing.
We also recommend you take the following actions:
-- If you haven't received payment, don't complete the sale or send the item to the buyer.
-- Don't communicate with the buyer directly.
-- Verify any payments you've been notified of by logging in to your PayPal account (or other online payment service).
-- If the buyer requests refunds or additional payments, don't send any money without contacting eBay first.
-- If you've already sent the item, try contacting the shipping carrier to find out if you can stop shipment.
These situations rarely happen, and we encourage you to relist your item.
--Selling tip--
To help you avoid this situation in the future, consider setting a Buy It Now price and requiring buyers to make an immediate payment. For more information on immediate payments.
We're sorry for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Thanks,
eBay

My guess is that you will be fine with the paypal payment and tracking number.

I just cleared it out except for a couple hundred.
<< <i>Seems like there is not a lot you can do about it.

The item was kept by the buyer and is beyond the return policy period.

Exactly HOW does this BLOCK the PayPal account which has a funding souce such as a credit card or bank account?
It seems to me that such an action might jeopardize any future sales which go into the PayPal account as well as jeopardize the account itself rendering it unuseable. Would it not?
If so, then a new PayPal account would have to be opended along with all the other headaches associated with a new PayPal account.

Terrible advise. You are protected under the eBay Seller protection, if you followed the mailing guidelines. BTW a charge back cannot be blocked. If no funds are available to cover it, your account will have a negative balance until that is satisfied.
Paypal and got a tracking the next day. Item showed up just fine but can't leave feedback as
the seller was NARU'd. Great product, great service, great packing....don't know why.
