PCGS Database Error?

Long time lurker. Thought you guys might find this interesting and/or have some thoughts.
I believe that I may have found a PCGS database error on a coin.
I have a 1908 No Motto Wells Fargo $20 St. Gaudens in MS66
(Certification number W1103881F). (Hopefully my pics will show up)
This appears to be a legitimate coin and interestingly has a CAC
sticker. If you were to look the coin up on the CAC site it does
match the coin I have in hand.
http://www.caccoin.com/look-up-your-coins/
However when I enter 1103881 into the PCGS verification database it
produces a 1936-D 50C in MS64.
I have contacted PCGS customer service but have not heard back. Additionally if I have to send it in for re-holdering I suppose I would lose the CAC designation and I wonder if it is even worth doing that.

Probably some type of promo holder from days past.
BTW
edit: 99142 didn't work either, but the rest I just read in Coin Facts.
I believe 99142 is the real coin number, not cert number.
this one checks out:
OGH's sometimes have OGH cert problems.
I think this is a good coin and just is a cert error. Pretty interesting though that it is in the CAC database and not PCGS. I have not run across that before.
FYI, there have also been a few rare cases of duplicated cert numbers, also involving old holders.

It's all in Coin Facts, along with a very interesting history written by David Hall. The only mistake is someone who doesn't subscribe to Coin Facts.

I can think of no reason at all to send that coin in for reholdering. The OGH/CAC combination is hard to beat.
Nice coin.
Thank you for contacting PCGS Customer Service.
The Wells Fargo coins have a special certificate number issued to them and the way to verify them on our PCGS cert verification site is as follows:
The certificate #'s on the holder should look something like this… W1103881F
You need to change the second "1" to "0" and drop the W and F. So you would enter 1003881. This should pull up the correct info. [And indeed it does]
