Need help and suggestions for assembling a final collection , no key dates, nothing special but....

.....I am putting together a final collection and originally thought to thin out the heard to only one example of each coin.
Sort of a type set for US coins. I would also have some World Coin examples. Russian and Hungarian as this is my heritage.
And then Tokens........have to include them, that's part of what and who I am
Now, for the questions. I have a 1944 Mint set with some beautiful natural toned Walkers PD&S......should I keep them and sell the rest of the set?
I know I brought this subject up before and have received a few pm's about selling them. But I started to look around for other examples to replace them
and honestly have not been able to find anything that is as nice as what I have and besides I paid very little for them so financially it would it not be a good idea to keep them?
Now, next question is Morgan's I have sold all but 4 examples. Three that I think have the nicest eye appeal and can't decide to keep all three, sell all three and buy new?
Again, these were purchased some time back and the prices are now considered a good deal. So I am in a quandary.
My gut feeling tell me to keep all three Walkers and sell the rest. And to keep all three Morgans, but want to here from others......get fresh opinions
Here is a link to the 1944 mint set
Here are the Morgan's
Not particular high grade but great example of toning.

A colorful example of a CC

A great example of 1921 toning

and an OUTSTANDING grade and toning example of a 1921 Morgan MS66

I am not sure I understand the "final collection" concept.

<< <i>If I had to choose among the Morgans, I would pick the first one.

I need to find a better word of describing a final collection that I would like to put together for my better half
as an investment vehicle for years down the road. If I call it a Legacy collection it implies certain things in which I
do not care to address right now so I find it easier to call it my final collection.....for lack of a better description.
I am also willing to name it something else...any ideas? Maybe the:
CoinsAreFun diversified collection?

"Got a flaming heart, can't get my fill"
no one will want to steal it because they will think it is some LPs
funding....hmmmm.... how much more do you need to collect? that would sway my decision on the morgans and the 44 set
I don't care for the crazing on the third and fourth Morgans. For some strange reason, No. 2, the 1884 CC, speaks to me. If that doesn't make the "final" cut, drop me a line.
<< <i>Unless there is sentimental value in any of these coins or there is one that you feel already does the job for the type, I would sell all to raise cash to concentrate resources on a single superb example (as you define it) for each type to build your set. Take your time and wait until the right Morgan or Walker or other coin grabs your attention. Since that right coin type may not present itself immediately, take your time and purchase coins as they grab you. That's my advice anyway. >>
After some thought and looking through my coins I think you are right. I think it is the best interest of both of us to sell what I have and buy
if only a few examples of the best examples the money allotted by the selling of the coins will allow. I will start selling of the remaining coins and then concentrate
later on the collection. It is some trying times right now, so I may have to take some time off and get back to this later.
Thanks everyone for your suggestions.

<< <i>Oh please make me a offer I can't refuse on that Walker 44-S Please pretty please......
Sorry the 1944 mint set is promised to someone else.
But it does appear that I will be selling the Morgans, so if anyone is interested they can pm me.

Many members on this forum that now it cannot fit in my signature. Please ask for entire list.
<< <i>Steph with so many health professionals on the board don't use the word final collection as some of us might think you are about to die, suicide, etc. Like you said, eerie lol >>
Not eerie, matter of factor life. I had a great run on my kidney transplant, ten almost11 years. Now it appears to be having trouble.
Not going to go into all of it here as this is not the place for it. I think I will waddle the collection down but will do it when I am feeling
better and a smarter frame of mind

As far as the Morgans go. They look very nice, I really like the toning on them. With the images and all it would be tough to get replacements.

If I were in your shoes, I'd discuss it with my better half.

We have discussed it, he really does not care so I would like to choose coins that are a good investment
for him down the road and ones to remember me by. I don't think it will be a collection as large as I thought
it would be months ago. I think now it will be smaller and a few fun pieces that he may want to keep.

Just think about it for a while before making any quick decisions. Some things are hard to undo.
