There is a ton of luster....my picture taking skills are greatly lacking...Not a chance in the world this has been dipped...

63 or 64 depending on luster. I would wager this coin has been dipped before, as have the majority of blast white Morgans. That said, a well-done dip shouldn't affect luster much.
