Doily hunters alert - 1921 PCGS MS63 on the 'Bay

For all you doily hunters, this MS63 1921 Peace in a doily was just listed on Ebay. I don't know how much of a premium a doily brings, but it's out there if you want it!

Hmmm. I don't really know. What I do know is that PCGS Price Guide gives a $500 value for an MS63 1921 Peace Dollar.
Throw a couple of hundred on top for the Doily Label (which is not unusual) and the seller just might be able to sell the coin.
It wouldn't be the first time a Doily Label was valued at over $200.

The seller is even using their images - He just edited the background and auto-fixed the color/lighting.
I know PCGS lists these 1921 Peace dollars in MS63 for $500.00, but they realistically only trend $350-$375 when certified.
I sold an NGC MS63 at Teletrade a few months back and it only realized $360. So, with this being said, the fact that this Doily-holdered 1921 Peace brought $450.00 isn't too surprising.
Although, being that people are crazy for these Doily holders - at least judging by what they've been realizing on eBay lately - it wouldn't surprise me if this eBay seller could pull $650-$700 out of his Teletrade purchase selling it via eBay.

I'm pretty sure the seller is using his own images. TT usually blocks out the rear label. Also I have bought from him and he does his own images. Why would someone go to all that trouble to redo TT pics?
FWIW a couple years back a 1912 lib nickel went for about double or better on eBay with a second listing.

So, you're trying to tell me these aren't the same images?
The coin is even titled at the same angle in the Teletrade pics as it is in the seller's pics.

Just to clarify - I wasn't implying in my first response that all of the seller's images were Teletrade's...

I was offered a 1921 in 63 PCGS w/ a CAC and in an OGH for $475.00 and I passed.
The market for Peace dollars as seriously taken a nose dive, at least judging by recent auction realizations.
