My newest bit of bullion

Admittedly I paid about $7500 over spot on a per ounce basis, but it's interesting. This is a 1752 Dreiling (what we would call 3 cents) from Lubeck Germany. Normally these were produced in billion of about 18% silver, a few presentation pieces were made in gold. If I recall correctly this is about .06 oz, housed in an NGC 58 slab.

    I think this is one of those select pieces that looks good in a slab, please post full pic of the Dreiling.

    Gold does not need to replace currencies to reshape financial power. It only needs to replace collateral.

    Thanks Jimski, that 48 S. is nice, and much bigger than the tiny little Dreilling. Well, you can barely see the poor little thing in the slab, but here you go.
