Back from 2 months overseas! Time for a Bust Dime GTG (Grade Revealed!)

Now for the 4th summer in a row I've been privledged to go overseas and take part in some fantastic archaeological excavations.
During the previous 3 summers I've been in Spain working at 2 different sites: 1) 860,000 year old Homo Heidelbergensis site and
2) a 45,000 year old Neanderthal [burial] site.
This summer I was in the Republic of Georgia (not the state, the one in the Greater Middle East) excavating one of the most
important Lower Pleistocene archaeological sites in the world, Dmanisi. Dmanisi is a 1.8 million year old site in southern Georgia
with exceptional bone preservation and more than 100 hominid bones have been recovered here in the last 20 years of excavations.
I was there for a quick 7 weeks collecting data for my geoarchaeological master's thesis. I had a successful excavation and data
collecting season and accomplished everything I went there for...and then some!
The country is astonishingly beautiful, especially the High Caucasuses in the north...breathtaking! The only downside is that you
need to be careful of what you eat; I had food poisoning twice
And I would post photo's of my trip (some of the 2,000 or so), but my aging computer is too slow for processing that much data at once.
So, as an alternative, I thought it would be fun to Post a Bust Dime Guess the Grade thread in compensation! I acquired about
15 Bust Dimes in the couple weeks before my trip, but I had all my good camera equipment in storage and couldn't take photo's of
the coins until I returned. My coin photo skills need a little refining after being away for so long, but overall the pics are adequate.
Here is one dime I am really happy to add to my collection, an 1831 JR-2 graded by PCGS.

Edited to add: Before posting, my vote on the grade was XF40. Close to AU details but maybe netted to 40 for surfaces.
Too many positive BST transactions with too many members to list.

That must have been what the graders were thinking too!
While the surfaces don't look great in the photo, they are a bit better in hand!
That said, I feel this would easily come back an EF-40 (or better) if submitted again,
but for now it is just a VERY PQ VF-35.

I see no reason why that coin is not an XF40. I like the reverse more than obverse. Maybe an old cleaning may have held it back, but what do I know?
I'm too late to play GTG 'cause I saw the grade scrolling down but I probably would've guessed EF40.
