What does that mean? It means that about half of the NCLT people who think I am an awful guy thought one was the worst and the other half though ten was. It also means that the VAM guys who like me thought just the opposite, as perplexing as the logic of that is.

Who cares about popularity? I mean Hitler was immensely popular.

Yeah I turned it and my email address off over there. Nobody really knows what it means and I got tired of Spam.

I believe when this question was asked some time ago as to the how and why of the rating system it was explained when the CU site was designed the maker automatically included this feature into the program without there being a request for its placement. It is there but it has no active function. So for us screw ups..."Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain"

To have a user rating you need to click on "profile" on the top right of this screen. then you need to allow people to see your profile in the check box. You need to click allow users to rate me.

I've heard that the higher the rating, the faster your submissions are finished when submitted. Less than 4 adds two days. 5 is normal. Higher than 6 and submissions are two days faster.

I always give every newbie a friendly welcome and a 10. Helps to say
