<< <i>i suspect that if you asked this at a site dedicated to Gaming that the answer would be different and that if asked of the general public they'd think we all were not quite right. as for the answer you''l probably get here, i suspect almost a unanimous decision on the coin. >>

Although I'm not a gamer I'd imagine in some parallel universe somewhere one is reading a video gaming forum the following,
"I've never collected coins in my life, and I don't intend to in the future. Fortunately, I have a life to live!"

That's funny! I would probably throw it out during Spring cleaning. Actually,I'm sure that's already happened many times; hence it's current high market value in OP.
Many members on this forum that now it cannot fit in my signature. Please ask for entire list.

Actually only one of the games the OP is referring to exists on the planet. The general public never owned them, it was a special game made for tournaments.
Personally I would go for the coin. The gaming device can brake and then your out. At it's value you would probably never play it for fear of breaking it and just store it under lock and key. I would get much more enjoyment out of the coin. JMHO.
I would buy the one that is my business and pleasure. No batteries or electricity needed. The Coin... of course.

Just as you might think gamers have no life, gamers might think you have no life.
Why can't people just enjoy their own thing without degrading what others like? Try it, you'll be a lot happier.
<< <i>To value either just shows what basic fools any and all "collectors" are. Put the coin, the game and a glass of water in front of a man in the depths of thirst....guess which one he'd buy. >>
Now that's food for thought!
