anyone else having issues with the "new" paypal shipping ?

lately when i hit the "purchase postage" button while printing a paypal label, far too often i am receiving an error code 'the ebay page is not responding see announcement page" the old system seemed to work fine, and when there was an error the shipping cost was not charged to the paypal acct, it was just a pain the ass to start the entie label back at square one, well the new system IS charging even though it displays the error message, so i have been printing multiple labels for the same shipment, and when voiding those extra labels i get a disclosure statement that it may take up to 21 days to refund a voided label, that is IF the post office "approves" the void. just a heads up to those that may also be receiving the error message, make sure that paypal didnt generate the label before starting a new one.
regardless of how many posts I have, I don't consider myself an "expert" at anything

no problems here printing from the ebay page under actions to the right of the sold items(s)

Chalked it up to my old wood-fired computer.
But when I started shipping from the eBay shipping, I had no problems.
I did have issues once with paypal shipping....never again.
edit to add : Nowadays, I have to put my steel toed boots on to prevent hurting myself when I kick this Dell Tower.

Might have something to do with moving server work load as they have been making some changes recently.
I do not really "care" for this change. However, it is lighting a fire under my but to get stuff sold and eventually quit eBay as a seller. It's just getting too difficult.
Last Sunday, I spent about 5 hours listing 6 items. For whatever reasons, I get to do a selct, cut and paste once while editing a listing. After that, I can insert text, but can no longer "select" text , for replacement, until I completely get out of the listing and "revise" it.
The frustration levels were very high with lot's and lot's of references to eBay's heritage and their singular value in the solid waste department!

Turbo Lister is free and I can build that number of listings in about a half hour all individuality to item from a template.
When I get a question from eVayers using the eBay message system, I cannot reply to those messages using the "Reply" button in the email. It takes me to the eBay messaging system with the email in question, but there's no inout field to enter a reply. Only a Send button.
Do you suppose eBay is getting too big to handle it's workload?
