Better to be lucky than smart.............

On my way to a meeting I went by a few banks Friday trolling for halves.

Girl said she had $350 worth so I said I'd take them.

First sight they were obviously had been searched as end of rolls were refolded.....she confirmed they had a guy who from time to time brings them in.

Well she went to effort to pull them so I took them to spend just for fun.

There was one roll that didn't match the others.............

Old brown bank rolled with Tails/tails on end.

I could see ends were silver with fabric toning.

Got to the car.............ripped it open................20 1964 BU kennedy halves.

Only the third roll of solid 90% silver I've ever found.

Best part was knowing I pulled them out from under that other guy!!

Spent rest of day bemoaning the fact that the other 34 rolls were clad.
