These holders make me think of a dealer that actually pushes coin in these holders at local coin shows. I don't like stopping at that table, he seems to equate brightness with mint condition. When I told him I was looking for a trade dollar type coin for the 7070, he showed me several AU-55 and 8's in NNC holders for "great" prices. I passed big time.
I have seen these slabs at shows when I lived out west....I never purchased one... I did look at them though, one never knows when a gem might show up.... Cheers, RickO

Before they were NNC they were NTC-Numistrust. They changed their name for obvious reasons. Both are a joke.
I don't know why you would consider calling these folks "Third Party Graders." They're self -slabbers; the term grading is not really applicable.
