1992 close am and how do i tell

My red book shows no pictures of this cent on there but I did some research and i have 2 1992 cents that the FG looks like one is close and one is wide I just want some help with this sorry for the stupid questio the one is very worn so it's hard to tell

    That's a Wide AM. On Close AM, the A and the M stems in "America" will appear to touch.

    As above, it is not the close AM.... However, they are out there... so keep looking. It is very obvious when you see it.. I suggest you also get the Cherry Pickers Guide.... Cheers, RickO

    Let the search go on ...
    How to tell ? Buy a 1992-S U.S. Proof set and study the Cent thoroughly.
    Or the Uncirculated Set.

    Close AM is practically touching. My searches are fruitless, typically.
