I got to use my metal detector yesterday.
Was working on my daughters' sprinklers in her front yard (bushes, trees, etc).
Lost my left hearing aid.................ah crap.
Went home an got my metal detector and looked for better part of a hour to no avail.
Went back today and there it was in plain sight and how the metal detector missed it I have no idea.
Oh, wait. Maybe I didn't hear the metal detector beep as I couldn't hear?
Moral: Never have a deaf man search for your lost object with a metal detector.

That was my problem for almost two days!
Go to the center of the pic then look down toward 4:30, slightly less than half way to the corner.

I'm pretty sure I stood on it as that was a flat area to stand on rather than a slope.......durable little sucker.......good old Miracle Ear aids!!
