When I was a kid ('60s and '70s) those were popular. Usually contained coins from 1900 to 1940's in no better than Fine condition. Could the photo possibly be any smaller?

Just guessing but it looks to be about 2” x 3”. If so these holders are close, http://edgarmarcus.com. Don’t know if they can do custom inserts.
