2003D Sac arrived today and this is what I found!?

Ok as the title states I found a 2003D Sacagawea MS68 and struck a deal for it. I have the pictures from the previous owner and it’s good. When it arrived today I was very excited and opened that bad boy up and to my dismay this is what I found!
It does not appear to have damaged the coin and it was packaged the same way as every other coin I’ve purchased. So I would say packaging was ok, not great but ok.
My question is I still want the coin but it must reholder at the same grade or it’s worthless to me.
How would I go about getting the serviced by PCGS? I have not had a membership in years to send it in do would I have to go ahead and become at least a silver member to submit it?

Become a member or take it to a member coin shop and have them send it in with coins they will be submitting. Cheers, RickO
