From the time someone signs for your package at PCGS's P.O. box how long does it take to received an email that your order has arrived?

Usually I look online to see if I got a new order. Once I see a new order then I know they got it for sure. That process is 24 to 48 hours not including weekends.

Hello!

It depends. We do our best to open all packages as quickly as possible, typically 24-48 hours (M - F) from the time it was signed for, however sometimes our package intake process is delayed.

The automated emails will sometimes be slightly delayed and may not send until the next morning.

If you ever want to check to see if we've received an order, give us a call at 800-447-8848. If the submission is not showing in the system we can check our internal system for your tracking number as well.
